There're a couple other spots to get the notice of assessment.
You can also login to ATO services and go to Tax > Lodgments > Income Tax. From here select the History tab. Once you're in the History section you'll see notice of assessments links for each year.
If this still doesn't work, it could be a device or browser issue. Have you tried in the myGov app or different browsers on your computer? If none of this works, our individual enquiries team can issue out paper copies.
