I occasionally Airbnb my house which means I need to vacate the premises. On occasion this means I have to rent somewhere else /camp. Is the accommodation costs tax deductible. If so, if I bought a camper trailer could I deduct some of that cost as it is my alternate accomodation while my house is being airbnb'd.

No, not tax deductible. When renting your house you can only claim expenses that are directly related to the earning of rental income. Your own accommodation expenses are a private expense.
