Our businesses Public Officer, as registered in person at Service NSW, is not showing on the ABR, is it up to the RAM to add them or does this mean that the registration and identity check was unsuccessful.

RAM won’t update the public officer.
It’s up to the entity to notify either the ABR or ATO of any changes to associates.
A public officer can be updated on the ABR, by filling out a change of details form.
