Hello, i would like to know how i can escalate a matter in the ATO objections team to a higher ranked person.
I am not happy with my contact person and his methods or tactics i do not believe he is even doing the work.

Hi @anym03,
First, I would suggest you explain your concerns to your contact person. If you are still not satisfied you can ask to speak to their manager. Your other options are to seek an internal review or inhouse facilitation.

Hello, it is very rare that an objection will be re-allocated but you can contact your case officer and request a transfer, if they are unable to meet this request you may wish to lodge a complaint regarding the case officer and again the request a new case officer which might be re-considered. Please note objections are very backlogged and a transfer may not be able to occur due to workloads and limited case officers in the specific objection topic.
