I am trying to connect mygov to ATO. As I have not worked in Australia in more than 20years and do not use centrelink payments, i have a TFN but am unable to provide the preset verification info like PAYG, Centrelink payment, NOA etc, I am told by the website that I need to call and get a linking code. Easy.
No it is is not easy, it is impossible. I have called [removed by moderator] numerous times and am informed of the high volume and call just drops.
As ATO also does not have offices, i am unable to get help in person.
So, how am i to get a Linking code please?
