MYGov won't work. I want to pay tax using BSB but don't have PRN. I have my notice of assessment but it doesn't have PRN, only "our reference".

You'll need your PRN to make the payment otherwise your payment will float around in limbo and not attach to your account.
Can you describe the trouble you're having with your myGov? We may be able to help you get that sorted.
