I have an activity statement due for period July to September 2024, however I then changed my PAYG instalments to yearly (before the due date). It is still coming up as overdue and it has been a couple of weeks since I made the change. Why is this? This is personal income tax.

If you're reporting annually for this current financial year, you can speak with our business area to take care of that quarterly statement.

Is there a way to do this other than call? I’m living overseas and can’t call the number provided.

The only option is to call us. We have different numbers for that you can access from overseas.
