Not getting TFN number yet

Question

Hey , If you've contact our office, and the operative advised that your application was not in our system, the operative should have directed you to apply for your TFN (https://community.ato.gov.au/s/article/a079s0000009GnBAAU/finding-your-tfn#b325e60f-c38a-4daf-9f2e-a609e32e609f-108) again. There isn't anything we can do from this forum cause we don't have any of your details. In our article we suggested not to apply for a second TFN. Your situation sounds different so we do recommend applying again.
