Wanting to pay my car loan out which is in my business name, I have funds in my personal savings account, can I transfer these funds to my business account to do so?

Yes you can, your Business would be entering it in its books as a Loan from Miley01 and repayment would be expected, even if its at the closure of the business.
You should really ask your Accountant or Tax Agent about these things, they would tell you the best way to proceed.
