Two weeks ago, I started paying my taxes day by day. Most of payments have been successful; however, one is still not shown. So there is an overdue amount now.
I think this payment is normal because I have got the card record and receipt from ATO.
So is it possible it takes a long time to reflect? Or do I need to call ATO?

If you make any payments towards your debt, the payment processing time will generally be 3-4 business days. Which is probably why you can't see it in your statement of account yet.
