Hi, it appears that the ATO has amended it's advice regarding FRCGW Clearance Certificates and they must now match the name on title exactly (including middle name) as set out here: Capital gains withholding – a guide for conveyancers | Australian Taxation Office

Can you please confirm that this is correct and we should not accept a Clearance Certificate if the vendor's middle name does not appear on it. Thank you.
