When a NFP doesn't know who the current associates or authorised contacts are for their association they are required to complete the Change of Registration Details paper form to update.

The instructions state that a newly appointed contact can sign the declaration if you provide evidence of your approved nomination.

Assuming this is meeting minutes - what does it actually need to say?

Must they nominate someone as a Public Officer or can they authorise an office bearer or other person by stating so in the minutes?
