When I tried to ask ATO to create a certificate for my business so I could join the market place in DTA place, but was told I need to go to RAM, and then I found my account type is not good for the business, so I deleted it to try update it, but after deletion, I am not able to create a new account type to link to my business ABN. I have got my passport to make the myid identity strenth to become strong, but after that still not able to create the link between my RAM account and the ABN. Please help.

How did you link your Business before? Did you have to contact us or you did you have your ID strength set to 'Strong'?


If you contacted us, you may need to try this method again.


Also, your ABN won't link if you're not listed as the associate. Associate details need to match what ever is in the ABR so it may be best to speak to our business team about this.

The previous one is auto-created when I got the ABN for WZIS Software, but before I asked ATO to send me a certificate for me to use on DTA's software market, I didn't my account type is indirect associate. So I have to update it to Responsible Authority, but not able to do do at that time, so I deleted the account, hoping after that I can recreate a new one with the right type, but it failed. After spending 3 hours with online support with ABR, now I can see in RAM I'm in the responsible authority type for the WZIS Software now, but when I tried to link the business to my account in ATO, it still says I have no business related. Why? Could you please help to fix it?
