Im acting for a deceased estate. the beneficiaries are non residents who don't have TFN numbers. How do we get an TFN number for the estate account or an we use the deceased's TFN number ?

You'd apply for a TFN for the deceased estate. You can apply online via the ABR, or use a registered tax agent. Here's some info about the TFN application.
