I have been trying to lodge my quarterly activity statement. I filled out all the details and the amount owed to the ATO showed $10,104 but when I lodged it the amount jumped up to over $16,000. I cancelled the lodgment but now I don't know how to proceed. Please help!

Without access to your account there's not much we can say about what happened for certain.
Is it possible you had existing debt on your account and the $16,000 is your total owed?
What you can do is give contact us. They'll have access to your account and can provide a breakdown of your lodgment and what's happened.
