I'd like to talk to someone senior in the ATO about a serious error I found with my banks Interest statement. It's under reporting interest earned, and it includes bank accounts I've never seen before. This year its nearly $1000 out.
I've raised it with the Bank several times over the last couple of years but can't get past their first level support.
I've rung the ATO line but I just get transferred around, and then the system hangs up (timeout).
I'd like an ATO phone number to contact someone senior.
