Just to confirm, you've already changed your name with the ATO, or not? Did you use myID to sign into myGov previously? if so, then it won't accept (https://community.ato.gov.au/s/article/a07RF00000KH0EDYA1/why-your-sign-in-method-doesnt-meet-minimum-access-requirements) anything else now as a way to sign in. Sounds like it may need to contact them (https://www.ato.gov.au/about-ato/contact-us#:~:text=Individual%20enquiries,myGov%20linking%20code) and make sure everything is sweet and then they may be able to give you a linking code to help out. If not the ATO then myID (https://www.myid.gov.au/help), to get that up and running again.
