For businesses greater than 20 employees, do you have to report closely held employees in STP?  If so, how do we do that?

All entities are required to report salary and wages, tax and super information about their payees via STP on or before payday unless you have an annual exemption. Mandatory payments to be reported are defined in the ATO STP2 Employer Guidance.

If you have Closely Held Payees, you may claim a concession to report quarterly via STP when you classify their income type as Closely Held Payees. The EOFY finalisation also has a concessional deadline.
