When owning a property with other family members. Is it considered as a partnership? Or can be considered as an investment and the profit and loses be managed in a trust fund. The main question is, is it considered as a partnership or an investment?

Hi @Mskey

When you own property with others its usually as joint tenants or tenants in common which you can say is a partnership. What are you doing with the property? This will determine if it's an investment.

Was there something in particular you're wanting to know?
