I have applied on tuesday for a compassionate release of my super is there any way to speed up the process of a decision by calling the ATO ? My father has passed & funeral is next week & need the money by then.
i dont believe there's a formal way to speed up the process from the 14 days service standard, you could try calling the call centre and asking if they can elscalate the matter but they may not be able to if its within the service standard
