I have made an error on SGC Liability Form - where I accidently highlighted - PAID AFTER THE DUE DATE. Should I pay the Super fund today or pay the ATO Amount on the statement and they can forward to the Superfund accordingly. I do not want to double pay the amount to both ATO/Super. Our employee decided to change superfunds without advising us and we have been refunded the money back to our business account. But after the deadline of 28th Jan 25.

Hi @Shonnay

It shouldn't matter who you pay, as long as the Super gets paid. If you pay us, we'll forward it to the relevant Superfund. If you pay the Superfund, it'll reflect on our records. It's up to you. But if you've received a notice from us, it might be better if you pay us to avoid any miscommunications on payment.
