I have tried to lodge my latest BAS and are unable to get onto the ATO Business Portal using my usual bookmarked links. MyID doesn't appear on the screen when redirected. Using the same process on my home computer is fine though, strange. I have reinstalled Chrome and still no luck. I do have a new iPhone, could this be a problem?

Yes, it's likely the new phone is causing your issues with myID.
You'll need to reset the app and follow the prompts to set up again. Use the same email and re-verify your ID documents.

Thanks for the suggestions Rachel. I reset myID and reverified my documents to Strong.
Now fine on my PC at home using Chrome but work computer will not redirect to myID using Chrome but does using Microsoft Edge which I do not use. Very strange. Any more ideas?
