I am trying to register for GST as a sole trader but can't get high enough security access as I don't have a passport. How can I register without one?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your registration sorted. If you're unable to reach the needed identity strength, you may need to use another registration method. Our GST Registration page runs through everything you should need to get started. It sounds like you might need to either contact us directly or send in a form, but that link should explain the options.
