I am an international student and temporary visa holder which is 2 years. But I applied for my TFN by using Australian Residents option and I went to post office for verification my documents like (passport, Student card and Bank card). And last day I called to ATO for the cancelled my TFN application, but ATO told me already I got a TFN. Now, I am worried about that is it any problem in the future or do I reapply now using this TFN reference?

Not ten thousand percent sure what's up, BUT.
You only get one TFN, regardless of the situation, if you wan to know your TFN (if you don't already) the re-apply and select the option that you already have one!

I got TFN, But My TFN application was wrong way. Everyone apply through Foreign passport holder but I apply Australian residents option. So I am little bit worry about that Is it any issues in future?
& Do I reapply or update anything?
