I am completing a Unit Trust Tax Return. The profit is to be distributed to a tax exempt charity. What is the correct entity set up code and assessment calculation code in the Beneficiary statement that I use? Or is it not reported in a beneficiary statement and elsewhere in the Trust tax return.
