Hi, I lodged my activity statement on the 7th/01/2025 and the status says finalised.


told me to revise as I did on the 14th/01/2025.


confused if I had done something wrong and revised again on the 28th/02/2025.


The effective date is the 28th/02/2025 so I have 3 that have been finalised and status shows as refund also. The credit ( CR) is showing $0 and the balance is showing $xxxx.00


It has been 10 buisness days since the effective date.. refund has not been received and nor have I had any confirmation or communication as it’s been processed. I’m just wondering if I have to anything as requesting for a refund or contacting the ato? Do I wait until the 12th buisness day as they have said on our websites.. just abit confused as everything is all cleared and in check. Just wondering what to do about the refund.

We don't have access to your account on this platform, so you'll have to call through to our business team for an update on your BAS refund. But, there're some reasons why you might not have your refund:

  • Make sure you've got correct activity statement bank account details listed in your myGov account.
  • Do you have a debt with us or another government department? If so we can use your refund to offset the debt. We'll notify you if this happens.
  • Are all your BASs lodged? We can hold your refund until all your BASs are up to date.
