I have a large tax bill from a capital gain. The cash is ready but it is too much to put through via card and my bank has limitations on bpay. I have found this page which says I can arrange a direct debit via online services, but when I log into my ATO account via my.gov.au the only options are credit/debit card and bpay.

This page also talks about how to do a direct debit, but again says either online services or snail mail using this form.

Arranging an EFT with my bank is possible, but involves multiple phone calls.

Is there a way to digitally request a direct debit from my bank account? If so, could you indicate specific navigation steps to find it in my ATO account. If there is not, is it possible to email the snail-mail form?

Thanks.
