I am not able to link my MyGov and ATO accounts.
I have spent hours on the phone with ATO just to update my married name back to my maiden name - they finally updated MyGov ID also.
Other linked services such as Medicare and Centrelink are fine.
I simply cannot link ATO and continue to receive the Error code: PAB.DE.0002.
I have tried to call to resolve this issue for over a week - the automated message either hungs up or tells me i am calling outside of hours (when i am not).
This issue is preventing me from registering an ABN in my name and there seems to be no way of contacting anyone to assist. Not good enough when the Australian Taxation Office is actually preventing the ability to do business.
