Can I as the director of my company, transfer a company asset to myself as repayment for director loans?. As in the company owes me money personally and it won’t make enough money to repay me so I want to transfer an asset as repayment ?'

Maybe? If you can then I think you would need to re-evaluate the asset or get market value of the asset i.e. what would have been the cash value of the asset if had sold it, then given said cash to director.
