Hi all,
I was issued a Director Penalty Notice (lockdown) which has a 21 day turn around to either pay the notice or rectify the issue. I’ve provided a written response to the ATO and the person on the phone I was liaising with advised the only way to submit correspondence is via fax or post. I am concerned about the strict turnaround and wondering whether the ATO even has capacity to receive, process, respond and liaise with me within this time frame. Any guidance or advice is greatly appreciated.
