Means that your doctor did not give a convincing reason for early release.

You can request a review of the decision. You just need to be aware, that if you do this and don't provide additional evidence, it's likely to be unsuccessful again.
I'd recommend you call our super team first, and we can explain the decision. If the evidence provided wasn't sufficient, we can explain why, and you can submit a new application with the required documentation.
