I was on a working holiday visa and am trying to link my ato and mygov accounts to be able to file taxes. However my id strength is strong enough, how do I do this without any Australian documents?

Whether or not you NEED to lodge a tax return, would depend on your circumstance. https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals-and-families/coming-to-australia-or-going-overseas/coming-to-australia/working-holiday-makers#Lodgeataxreturn

If using MyID, it would need to be standard or strong identity strength to setup a MyGov account. I don't think MyID is compulsory, you can check the other ways to setup a mygov account. https://www.ato.gov.au/online-services/online-services-for-individuals-and-sole-traders/ato-online-services-and-mygov/create-a-mygov-account-and-link-it-to-the-ato#UsingmyGovIDwithmyGov

For linking, check the list for which questions you would be able to answer. Generally, employers would send the PAYG summary information to ATO in July (after financial year is over). Not sure when ATO knows about super, at the very least once a year when the super fund lodges their tax. Bank account details, generally the banks would send interest data to ATO between July - October.
