Hello all
I am a international student in Australia I worked part time somewhere for 2 months and received my fortnightly pay everytime and was on tfn but didn't receive any payslip and now it's almost a month I left that job but still no pay slips are given, The employer is not responding to my call and my message I fear he might make wrong payslip. I am thinking to talk to my uni regarding the following matter and any suggestions are welcomed

If your employer isn't providing payslips, you can ask Fair Work for some guidance.
If you don't think your employer is reporting your income and withholding tax you can lodge a tip off form to have us investigate.
I recommend checking with your super fund to make sure your super is being paid.
If you don't receive anything from them by the time you do your tax return, you can use the gross payment estimator work out your gross salary and withholding.
