We have received a letter requiring us to lodge super guarantee statements. Having paid the super early every single quarter, we have nothing to lodge. Is there any way of finding out which employees have allegedly had their super paid late and for which quarters? We use MYOB pay super and have checked with a test fund that all payments are compliant - have receipt from test fund with the dates and amounts of our payments and all of the employee contributions. Phone calls to ATO have met with a stone wall.

Hiya @Juliesa6 👋

Their guidance says they have instructions in their letter, else call them 🫣

Looks like some assumptions are built in to their process 🤔

I’ve called them and then asked the Tax Agent to call them. Neither of us has been able to get any further information. The letter just says that you are required to lodge or face an audit, which is terrifying the poor client.
