When trying to open ATO services from the MyGov app on an Android phone it fails. The error is requesting me use the MyID login when starting the MyGov app but this app does not provide the option to choose the MyID login option.


Will the MyGov app be updated to offer me the login option for MyID so that the ATO service can be reached successfully from MyGov app?

Hi @ADon,


Outside of contacting us directly to talk about the error, right now the MyGov app and the myID app are separate. So it wouldn't automatically direct you there.


I'd suggest try downloading the MyID app and then access ATO services via a browser (like Chrome) and sign in to MyGov from there. It should prompt you to use myID for verification.
