Correct
No
Thanks Bruce, is that because only mandatory Super Guarantee (currently 11.5% for 2025FY can be paid and as a self employed there is no SG? If I had operated my business through a company and paid myself as an employee, then could I contribute SG for myself as employee? thanks again
Correct
Hey @BenN25,
@Bruce4Tax is correct, but I just wanted to provide a bit more info on voluntary contributions.
Once you hit 75, you can’t make personal concessional (tax-deductible) contributions to super anymore.
