Hi all and future viewers, as it seems to be impossible to get through to a human over the phone at ATO, I'll post my question here.
I lodged my return on the 2nd as I had a super lump sum withdrawal to put on the return. The NOA came through today, however it looks like the super withdrawal has been removed from the NOA as done by the ATO.
Then when i look at my account summary I see:
Processed date: 5 Jul 2025
Effective date: 11 Jul 2025
Tax return Individuals - Income Tax for the period from 01 Jul 24 to 30 Jun 25 | CR XXXX
Processed date: 7 Jul 2025
Effective date: 11 Jul 2025
Cancellation of Tax return Individuals - Income Tax for the period from 01 Jul 24 to 30 Jun 25 | DR XXXX
Processed date: 8 Jul 2025
Effective date: 21 Nov 2025
Tax return Individuals - Income Tax for the period from 01 Jul 24 to 30 Jun 25
On my NOA it says "Total amount payable/refundable: Refer to Statement of Account". I haven't received the "Statement of Account". Have I made a mistake with this return or is it possible the ATO are waiting on prefill data from the super fund and will process another return with the Effective date: 21 Nov 2025?
