I live overseas for now, how to get in touch with ATO via email and NOT via phone or post ?

I left Australia in 2022.

i’ve managed to lodge my taxes in 2022 and 2023 but can’t do it online from 2024 onwards (as the ato message says on my account) Especially because I don’t have a private insurance I think which makes sense because I don’t have any considering that I live overseas.

what should I be doing?

I’m trying to get in touch with the ATO via email but it seems they don’t have any ??

On the phone would be costly and I can’t believe via postal services would be the last option.

I think I need a bit of help to get everything back in order.
