birth certificate registration number not recognised

I'm originally form WA (born 1967) and my registration number is [removed by moderator].

I've tried adding a zero to the front and not using the / symbol but keeps telling me it doesn't match the record (I have a copy of my birth certificate in front of me)

Any help would be much appreciated.
