Two Assesments, one that I didnt do but says I owe

I did my tax return September last year paid it etc, now on the ATO there is a new assessment claiming I owe a bit of $$$ that was done in March, I did not do this. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to ring the ATO. How did I take this further?

Have you checked the portal under income tax lodgments to see if the ATO has amended your original return, or under accounts and payments - income tax, this will be shown as ATO amended, on Notice Of Assessment.
