Hi, I’m looking for some support. I’m currently waiting for my tax return to process. I submitted the return on 16/07. I’m still yet to receive any information. I’m currently unable to log into ATO as the ATO app is unable to verify my identity and therefore I need to call 132861.


I’ve tried to call multiple times, but every single time the lines are too busy and I’m not able to resolve the issue.

A lot of people are calling us at this time of year, but you will get through to us. We're open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Try calling closer to the start and end times for the day.


We'll be able to look into your tax accounts this way and work out what's happening.
