Hello please help!!! I have been calling many times to verify my identity last time one month ago and finally i made it and i have been able to do my tax return but now i cannot recieve the money because is written i need to verify my identity again. I have called so many times and spent a lot of money cause i am abroad and the only time i made it to speak to someone they told me they cannot verify me because i am abroad and i dont have a valid visa or australian documents then we lost the connection and have been impossible to speak with someone. But one month ago i was in the same situation and they have been able to verify me! I dont understand! What can i do??? Please help its been months i have been putting so much money and energy in this! Thank you

Assuming you are referring to unable to verify when using myGov, then you would normally need to contact us. There are a few common reasons why you can't log into your myGov.
If you gain access again, we recommend enabling a back-up sign in option to prevent it happening again.
