Has the issue of payment of superannuation for NDIS sole trader support workers been sorted yet?

- Assuming there is an agreement where the support worker (who uses an ABN) mainly provides labour
- Assuming that payment is made for the support worker's personal labour and skills (typically an hourly rate rather than a 'per job' outcome)
- Assuming that the support worker has to perform the contracted work (they can't have someone else do it)
- Where the support worker is working for an NDIS client so the work could be classed as being of a domestic nature
- Where hours of work are generally set but may vary so that they are sometimes less and sometimes greater than 30 hours per week.
I wasn't able to edit my original post but this comment includes the situational issues.

looks like if you hire for personal support not for a business you don't have to pay super if the support worker works less than 30 hours a week. I wonder if sleepover hours are counted as working.
