We were late submitting the Dec 2024 quarterly employee super guarantee. We submitted a super guarantee charge statement and paid the super + interest + admin fee to the ATO.


How can we confirm the super paid has been passed onto each of the employee's super funds?


We need confirmation to be able to show to the super clearing house, as they are still waiting for payment.

Hi @Leanne_NAP,


When you pay the Super Guarantee Charge (SGC) it can take around 28 days to process.


You can check if your employees' super has been distributed in your Online Services for Business to view your SGC statement status or by calling us with your SGC statement details to confirm the distribution status.
