I have an employee on workers compensation and need to know if superannuation is still payable. The applicable award is the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award (PR723896). There is no specific mention of super and workers compensation.

Are you asking about an absence of WC or a return to work WC?
ATO OTE guidance (Table 4) explains the super guarantee obligation. That psrticular Award doesn't have any clauses to pay additional super on WC like 50 of the 122 Modern Awards do 😉
