I need to lodge a tax return for individuals before I leave the country, but can only find the paper form 2025 dated „1st June 2024 - 30th July 2025“. Can I still fill this out now or is it the wrong form?

Yes you use that form.
"Complete your paper tax return for individuals and mark the relevant year in bold on the front of the tax return. For example, if you are using Individual tax return instructions 2025 to complete your return for the 2025–26 income year, cross out the 2025 and mark the tax return 2026."
