My income was wrongly calculated on my group certficate, I have contacted the employer to have it rectified but have not received a reply.
I also contacted ATO over 6 months ago and still hsve not heard a thing.
What should be my next step it is over by approx $20000! Help!

Group Certificates were replaced by Payment Summaries that were replaced by STP that were replaced by STP2. Reports sent every pay from your employer to the ATO are published by the ATO in your ATO Online Services as your Income Statement.
STP2 changed the way your income is reported. What, exactly, have you identified that is "wrongly calculated" with the income in your Income Statement? Perhaps we can clear it up quickly?

Hi,
They have put a large sum of money on my income that I never received and can prove through bank statements etc. It was for 23/24 tax year.
