I completed my tax return for the year and my payments are up to date. I have a HELP debt from well before June 2025 however I am not seeing the 20% reduction applied to this just yet. When will this take place?

You should see the 20% reduction before the end of this year, but it may take some time due to system updates.
Once it does take effect, it will be backdated to your study loan balance as of 1 June 2025.
