Regarding the ABN procedure, when I submitted the application, it was put on hold.

Also, I obtained a 13-digit application reference number.

It seems that in order to continue the procedure, it is necessary to submit the required documents.

Yes, you would address the documents to the address in the link you provided.

We don't normal request or send documents via email. We normally only send generalised info via email.

If we require more documents than what you've provided, we will contact you.
