Hi, To qualify for the holiday home exemption to the VRLT, you need to spend 4 weeks at your property during the year. Is there any discretion due to not being able to get to the property due to a police lockdown that prohibited access to the area? (Bright/Porepunkah - Police shootings). Not being able to go due to this event may cause a friend to not make the 4 weeks.
